What does a medical Qigong session involve?
A medical Qigong consultation is on average an hour long. Sometimes it can be a little longer depending on the condition being addressed and prescription exercises given. The patient would lie on the massage table on their back and in most sessions that would be the primary position. There is very little physical contact and sometimes the patients participation is required if this is determined necessary for a successful outcome.
